Linda Franco / Echoes in the Stone
The audiobook narration significantly elevates the experience. Daniel LaRiviere’s performance is controlled and immersive, with a calm delivery that makes the darker moments hit harder. He understands when to hold back and when to let the tension breathe, which fits the story perfectly.

Mike Q. / Echoes in the Stone
Daniel LaRiviere’s narration is phenomenal nails the atmosphere with a calm menace that builds scene after scene. When it ended, I just sat in silence, unsettled but awed, already thinking about listening to it again. This is for anyone who wants to get scared while listening.

YouTube, The Veiled Archive / Echoes in the Stone
I do not say this lightly, this is a performance that rivals the legendary Mark Thompson. LaRiviere doesn’t just read the text, he metabolizes it. He captures the mind’s eye portrait of every character with a shifting pitch and cadence that is terrifyingly precise. But his greatest trick, he captures the sensory inputs. He brings the asylum to life, not with sound effects, but with a delivery that mimics the respiration of a living thing. Just be careful listening to it in the dark, LaRiviere’s voice has a way of staying in the room after you hit pause.
